Steven & Nola Foulston
Mr. Foulston has practiced law for over 35 years and has been awarded a Peer Review Rating AV® Preeminent from the nationally respected legal guide Martindale-Hubbell. An "AV" Preeminent Rating indicates that an attorney has reached the height of professional excellence.
Mr. Foulston has vast experience in representing people who have suffered serious personal injury or death from motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, prescription drugs (i.e. Fen-Phen, Baycol, Vioxx, Bextra, Celebrex, Avandia, Actos, Accutane, Yaz, Darvon, etc.) and medical devices.
Mr. Foulston is the third generation of the Foulston family of lawyers. His grandfather, Sidney L. Foulston, Sr., began serving the legal needs of Kansans 90 years ago and was, at one time, Sedgwick County Attorney. His father, Sidney L. Foulston, Jr., practiced law in Wichita for over 30 years.
Mr. Foulston's wife, Nola Tedesco Foulston, was the elected District Attorney in Sedgwick County for 24 years before her retirement in 2013. She now practices law with the Wichita law firm of Hutton & Hutton, LLC.
Mr. Foulston earned his law degree from Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas in 1974. He also holds a degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University. He is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association and the Kansas Association for Justice.
